FORWARD TOGETHER Directors’ Report 88 CHANGES OF INFORMATION IN RESPECT OF DIRECTORS Changes in the information of directors required to be disclosed under Rule 13.51B(1) of the Listing Rules since the date of interim report 2022 of the Company are set out as follows: Mr Jeffrey David Perlman was appointed as a non-executive director of Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (listed in Singapore) since 15 April 2022. Mr Brett Harold Krause resigned duties from FunPlus in August 2022. He has been a chairperson of Xterio (a global cross-platform play-and-earn developer and publisher) since May 2022. Mr Brett has joined Transcend Fund (a venture capital firm) in August 2022 and currently is a general partner. Ms Serene Siew Noi Nah has joined Digital Realty (listed on New York Stock Exchange) in January 2023 and currently is a managing director and head of Asia Pacific. Dr Kwok Hung Justin Chiu has been an independent non-executive of Deyun Holdings Limited (listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange) since September 2022.
