ESR retrieved a list of all current counterparties including business partners, investors and vendors from the Compliance Desktop® system to examine against the most recent sanctions imposed on individuals and affiliated businesses in response to the rising situation. Our automated system was able to quickly process the entire database and found no sanctions against our current counterparties, nor did we detect any potential warning signs of sanctions. We also engaged external legal experts to assist our employees and business partners in understanding the concept of sanctions, the prohibited regions and how they can proceed with further review and actions, in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorist Financing & Sanctions Policy.
