Our strategic priorities for human resource management reflect the reality that success of our business depends upon the skills and dedication provided by our people to serve our customers well and generate long-term sustainable returns for our investors. Strategic HR Priorities Culture of Active Learning We support our employees to progress on continuous learning journeys through formal training related to their roles and responsibilities, complemented by on-the-job skills development and experience. As such, our regional offices manage an annual budget to cover employee expenses for professional membership and examination fees, as well as reimbursements for participation in external training programmes and industry conferences. In 2019, ESR Australia introduced a new Study Leave Policy providing practical and financial support for employees undertaking tertiary studies, including paid leave for attendance at lectures and tutorials or to complete course work and examinations.
