The recent attainment of WELL Gold certification for our flagship building in South Korea, Bucheon Logistics Park, is a testament to our pursuit of quality. The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) is leading the global movement to transform buildings and communities in ways that help people thrive. The WELL building standard is an internationally recognised, evidence-based rating system to evaluate the impacts of buildings on human health and wellness.

Bucheon is the first logistics facility in APAC to receive a WELL Gold certification. It exemplifies our approach to designing, building and maintaining human-centric places.
