CORPORATE INFORMATION ESR Cayman Limited (the “Company”) was incorporated and registered as an exempted company with limited liability in the Cayman Islands under the Cayman Companies Law on 14 June 2011. The address of the registered office is c/o Walkers Corporate Limited, 27 Hospital Road, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-9008, Cayman Islands.
