Sustainalytics’ ESG Risk Ratings measure a company’s exposure and management of industry-specific material ESG risks and how well a company is managing those risks. The ESG risks are categorised across five risk levels: negligible, low, medium, high and severe. In 2022, the Group retained its rating of A in the annual MSCI ESG Ratings, reflecting our continual efforts to improve our ESG performance. The MSCI ESG Ratings assesses and rates global companies on an industry-relative triple-A to triple-C scale, according to exposure to industry-specific ESG risks and the ability to manage those risks relative to peers.
