REITS

ESR is the largest sponsor and manager of REITs in APAC, positioning us well to capitalise on the financialisation of real estate in APAC. With new REIT legislation and soaring demand for professional and institutional ownership as well as management of real estate, REITs are fast emerging in various key markets.

PRIVATE FUNDS

ESR’s integrated fund management platform comprises private third-party investment vehicles across multiple asset classes, strategies, risk profiles and geographies.

Our private fund management business, led by the New Economy includes a new Pan Asia discretionary vehicle.  We also provide a diverse suite of private real estate funds including office, retail, residential and hospitality, in various geographic regions.

Our network of blue-chip capital partners includes existing capital relationships with 12 of the world’s top 20 capital partners, representing more than 40% of global real estate allocations.

We have raised over US$1 billion from investors, including some of the world’s largest sovereign wealth and pension funds, with a pipeline of over two gigawatts of data centre capacity.
