Located in Bupyeong, South Korea, Bupyeong KR1 Data Centre offers 48MW IT load capacity spanning 11.000 sqm of land across 9 floors. Committed to sustainability, KR1 Data Centre targets LEED Gold certificate and LEED Building Design and Construction: Data Centres certificate, guaranteeing responsible energy efficiency. Demolition is completed, and construction commences in 2024.
Located at 11-19 Wing Yip Street, New Territories, Kwai Chung HK1 Data Centre boasts a significant IT load capacity of 22MW. Construction of the facility is underway, with Phase 1 targeted for completion in 2025 and Phase 2 by the end of 2026. The facility has secured a reliable and high-performance IT environment through a pre-approved China Light and Power Company (CLP) High Voltage (HV) electricity supply, guaranteeing consistent and efficient power delivery. Strategically situated 10km from Osaka Cityโs bustling central business district in Nanko Kita, the Comosquare OS1 Data Centre offers a premier data centre solution designed to elevate your business operations. Boasting a robust 19.2MW IT load capacity, the facility is ready for service by May 2025, with its core 7 shell completed in Q3 2024. Reflecting our sustainability commitment, the facility targets LEED Gold certificate and LEED Building Design and Construction: Data Centres certificate.
Located in Osaka, Japan, the Keihanna OS4 Data Center offers a robust and scalable IT infrastructure solution. Offering 36MW IT load capacity, this state-of-the-art facility adapts to your evolving business needs. With demolition complete, the development of this expansive 53,109 sqm facility will be executed in phases, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient roll-out. Prioritising environmental responsibility, this facility targets LEED Gold certificate and LEED Building Design and Construction: Data Centres certificate.
Located strategically within the heart of Rabaleโs Data Center cluster, Rabale MU1 Data Centre boasts a substantial 35MW IT load capacity on a 13,154 sqm land site. Construction commenced in 2024, and the facility is designed with sustainability in mind, targeting IGBC certification through the use of sustainable materials and construction practices.
